How it works:

  • Enter in one, two, or three divisions (brisket, ribs, and/or chickens)
    • Entry fee for all three divisions: $80
    • Entry fee for one division: $40
  • BBQ will be judged by a panel of culinary experts
  • Prizes will be awarded to the winning chefs
  • BBQ available to attendees for a $15 donation

Each chef will be required to have:

  • Brisket entries: 3 to 4 lbs.
  • Ribs: 2 slabs
  • Chicken: 3 to 4 lbs.
  • Plates/bowls for serving up to 30 people
  • Crackers/bread or other garnish is allowed

Space will be provided for BBQ grill or smoker. Electricity will be provided

Chefs are able to start setting up at 5 p.m. on Friday until 12 p.m. on Saturday
12 – 1 p.m. BBQ judging
1 – 2 p.m. Enjoy your bowl(s) of BBQ as long as it lasts (first come, first serve)
