How it works:
- Chili will be judged by a chili expert
- Prizes will be awarded to the winning chefs
- Tastes of chili available to attendees for a $10 donation
- All proceeds benefit
Entry fee for each chili chef is $30. Each chef will be required to have:
- 8 quarts (2 gallons) of chili prepared before arriving for the competition
- Crock pot/heating pan or burner for chili
- Bowls for serving chili to 30 people
- 2 oz. cups for judges (total of 10 cups)
- Crackers/bread or other garnish is allowed
12-1 p.m. Chef set-up
1 – 2 p.m. Chili judging
2-4 p.m. Enjoy your bowl(s) of chili as long as the chili lasts (first come, first serve)

Proceeds will benefit Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio. More information is at: https://www.ohioimaginationlibrary.org. The chef entry fee is $31 which will support one child’s books for a year. Tickets for the event will also support this improving literacy for local children.
