May 3 is the first annual Mac ‘N Cook-Off. Proceeds will benefit the H.A.R.D. Acre Farm to provide adults of all abilities with the dignity to enjoy meaningful work, life, and social relationships.

How it works:
- Mac ‘N Cheese will be judged by a panel of culinary experts
- Prizes will be awarded to the winning chefs
- Bowl of Mac ‘N Cheese available to attendees for a $10 donation
- All proceeds benefit H.A.R.D. Acre Farm
Entry fee for each Mac ‘N Cheese chef is $30. Each chef will be required to have:
- 8 quarts (2 gallons) of Mac ‘N Cheese prepared before arriving for the competition
- Crock pot/heating pan or burner for Mac ‘N Cheese
- Bowls for serving Mac ‘N Cheese to 30 people
- 2 oz. cups for judges (total of 10 cups)
- Crackers/bread or other garnish is allowed
12-1 p.m. Chef set-up
1 – 2 p.m. Mac ‘N Cheese judging
2-4 p.m. Enjoy your bowl(s) of Mac ‘N Cheese as long as it lasts (first come, first serve)
